Confirmation and Collection

In order to collect your items, you must wait for our confirmation. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or phone. Please do not come to the store before receiving this confirmation.

Handling Large Appliances

If you have purchased large appliances, such as side-by-side fridges or heavy goods, please ensure that you have the proper means to handle and transport them. These items can be bulky and require appropriate equipment or assistance for safe transportation.

Identification

When collecting your items, please bring a valid form of identification. This is necessary to verify your identity and ensure that the items are released to the correct person.

Collection Timeframe

We kindly ask that you collect your items within 1 week of receiving the confirmation. If the items are not collected within this timeframe, we reserve the right to refund and restock them.
